Hello. I was trying to ID the family of the following insects but couldn't figure it out. They had scales in the wings and that's why I didn't think they were caddisflies. However, I am not 100% sure.

Looks like a leafhopper in there, and one or two immature true bugs. Good photography.

Thanks! I know the larva are tough, yeah. I was hoping for someone who breeds or collects them to recognize them.

Would you agree that the leafhopper is in the Delphacidae family? Which ones do you think are the immature Hemiptera, F or a larva? You can create a comment in the pictures themselves if you'd like.
