Found running in living room area, live in California. Black color. Was moving very fast, I dont have better pics when I tried to take a good one it moved fast out of the frame. These pics are screenshots taken from a video I took. Size including leg span was of a silver dollar. Would greatly appreciate any insight. Thanks

That's Steatoda and Parasteatoda respectively.
