Tick? Chigger? Phylloxera? Whatever it is I found this little guy crawling on my foot 24 hours after my from I believe encounter. Location is Long Island New York. Weather conditions sunny. Maybe a little humid. The ground was a little wet too

Also I have many bites around the ankle. A couple behind the knee and A couple in the groin area. Bites are tiny small red circles with a scabbed middle. It’s itchy but not unbearable. I’ve washed everything in my home and my apt is currently being fogged.

That looks a lot like a tick, but your symptoms are not tick like, ticks usually burrow into your flesh and stay, I've never seen a chigger, and I'm fine with that, but your symptoms sound chigger like. These pests are not likely to infest your house, even if you have brought them in.
