Please help me to identify the following insect. I found it in my living room. It looks like a baby roach? Possibly a bed bug? Not entirely sure. I have a VERY clean home so I am shocked and perturbed. Please help!

Apparently uploading pictures is problematic for some persons, I haven't tried it yet, so it's entirely possible I couldn't
do it correctly.
For general information- unless your house is hermetically sealed with airlocks, bugs will get in. Bedbugs and roaches are very different
and not similar in size.
Roaches are flat looking, with a wide body and long antennae, bed bugs are little roundish things, or so I've read.
