I had left my sanitary napkins for long then I ever have. 6 months. Yesterday I cleaned it out but had my hands were full of these bugs, later used gloves. I am hypochondriac and now really worried.
It is a red body with yellow head bug, with no legs. Head not prominent.

Also It doesn't move at all. I am seeing videos online and can see that maggots are moving or bugs move. But these doesn't move at all.
