I have been vigilant in trying to identify and prevent HLB from the Asian Citrus Psylid (ACP) in my lemon tree. I am outside any quarantine area in Southern California. I found this critter in my lemon tree located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. It is not an ACP.

Looks like a leafhopper of some sort. Probably not a threat unless there's hundreds of them.

Thank-you, there are some, less than 10, damaging all new shoots. I bought a fruit tree pesticide. I knocked out the ants first with liquid ant bait at the base of the tree.
