I have been vigilant in trying to identify and prevent HLB
from the Asian Citrus Psylid (ACP) in my lemon tree. I am outside any quarantine area in Southern California. I found this critter in my lemon tree located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. It is not an ACP.
