Hello, I have been trying to identify these tiny bugs that I recently noticed around parts of my yard. (location is Vancouver, WA United States) photos.app.goo.gl/qDaBrbyiRpH5ZY8f8(couldn't insert the photo for some reason, so just a link to google photos instead) They seem to be congregating under spurge weeds that I haven't had time to pull yet due to the weather. There are hundreds of them and as I walk around them they sort of hop around the ground, not really flying. I have only recently noticed these bugs, we had very hot weather here and bad wildfire smoke for about a week, and once that cleared I noticed them in my yard when I hadn't before, although I have only recently moved into this house so I don't know if these bugs have been here last year too. Not sure if that's relevant but thought I'd put it out there. Thanks!

I think I may have figured out what they are actually, false Chinch bugs. Still trying to determine for sure.
