Hello, My friend was bit yesterday by this insect . He immediately started not feeling well. We ended up in the emergency room. He had very slow heartbeat, and very low blood pressure. Where i live no one knows the name of the bug, including the people at the emergency room. If someone knows it please help me identifying it. Thank you. Ps : I live in Albania (Southeastern Europe’s Balkan)

It is difficult to see but I think it is an oriental hornet (Vespa orientalis). I am sorry to hear about your friend, he must have gotten an allergic reaction/shock from the sting.

It definitely looks like some sort of hornet. So he was stung ("envenomated") by the hornet, which is a type of wasp.
The symptoms don't all match that of an allergic reaction which typically results in anaphylectic shock. Still, some do.
Wasp venom includes many compounds that impact the human body, including serotonin. Typical treatments include adrenalin and antihistimine.
