Found this on my bed :(

I found two of these over the last 2 weeks. First on the foot end of my bed, on top the comforter. Second on the wall my bed is up against, by the foot end again. The mattress and box spring is fairly new, about 8 months. And I keep a very clean home, (apparently not). I apologize for the low resolution picture, I threw the bug out before reviewing the picture carefully. It doesn't look like a bed bug based on the pictures I've seen online. Its behaviour is relaxed and lets you kill it, and it doesn't fly. Please help, I'm scared to sleep.
