I found this bugs I my bedroom, need help

Hello everyone ,I just registered on this forum because of this problem , I found these bugs in my bedroom , they look like white specles of dust, I would not even notice it if it didnt move , they are very hard to see, I can see them only with flashlight or on really black surfaces ,they are everywhere, on walls , furniture, tv.
