Hi,it is my first time use this website I have many questions and look forward to being answered In this photo are my collection,but i can't not sure what kind are these 2 pepsis The left is from Peru(body 41mm) The right is from Malaysia(body 44mm) Does anyone know their scientific name?

plague0318, Welcome to Insectnet. Sorry I cannot help identify these wasps, but I expect someone will be able to help. I have seen wasps in the forest some years ago very similar to the Malaysian specimen. I seem to remember they make a distinct low buzzing sound as they fly. I must admit they are rather scary as I am not very keen on wasps in general, having had bad experiences as a boy and I still bear a scar resulting from a Provespa sting more than 30 years ago. I must compliment you on the excellent presentation of the specimens. Adam.
