What is this bug? Bed bug?

I recently have had bites on my limbs while sleeping. The bites are raised and itchy but not red.

I initially suspected bedbugs but I’ve looked all over my mattress and haven’t found anything to suggest an infestation.

Looking round my bed I saw two tiny bugs (probably max 3mm) crawling up the wall. I took a photo and zoomed in on it:


any ideas what it is? I live in Germany by the way, in case this helps.
