This subspecies is rather interesting, as the hindwing discal patch is almost always green rather than blue. The female is extremely rare, and looks rather similar to ssp. stockleyi: Adam. PS. The date handwriting looks familiar

That does look like stockleyi. Thought the label would look familiar.

There are 3 qualities about the Achillides genus which I have always admired most about the group.
1. Color (gorgeous and mesmerizing)
2. Size (most are generally large butterflies)
3. Those "fat" tails (seems like most have em')
