Hey All, Need some help. I've been finding alot of these bug casings (?) wrapped in what seems to be some sort of web. They are always in the corners of the ceiling and need to be scrapped off since they are attached so well. Any idea what they are? Not sure if this is a coincedence but they are only in the room where our parrot sits. I moved the parrot to a new room and now they're only in that room now. Location is Burbank, California. ibb.co/F0vkk9t

Look a bit like Mediterranean flour moth pupae. Are you seeing any small moths flying around your house? Could be the seed you are feeding to your parrot has an infestation of the larvae. When the larvae finish feeding they crawl away from the seed looking for a place to pupate. Try freezing all your bird seed for a few days and clean out the parrot cage to get rid of the pupae that are in the cage. Takes some time to get rid of all the moths as they will emerge from these pupae for some time. The adults lay their eggs in the bird seed. Often seed you buy from a bird store can be infested with the eggs and larvae of these moths

Those are weird looking, maybe some sort of moth, what appears to be the empty pupa casings seem a little long for a beetle. They look encased in silk, and would be firmly attached.
