I’m new. How do I post a pic so you can see what “it” is?

You'll first need to upload your photo to an image sharing service such as ImgBB - imgbb.com/- then get the direct image link for your photo after you've uploaded it, and then insert the link into your post on this forum using the "Insert Image" button on the toolbar that's shown when writing a post.

Additionally, see my post in the Technical issues section at insectnet.proboards.com/thread/4692/picture-attachment for how to post photos. You have to use a (usually FREE) photo hosting website and put the link to each photo in your post. You can include links to several photos in a single post. If you follow the procedure in the link using imgur.com the photos should appear inside the post. Alternatively copy and past a link to the online photo with " img " in [] in front of the link and " /img " in [] after the link. That should format it to appear in the post too. Adam.

Without even seeing the picture, I'll bet it's a vinegaroon.

Without even seeing the picture, I'll bet it's a vinegaroon. My first thought was that maybe it's Derobrachus, but I doubt they would be active at this time of year?

Hi All,
I'll wager a guess before the image comes up - I think it will be a big, black Eleodes beetle...
Cheers! Bandrow
