Hi, recently this genus caught my interest, I'm a beginner and would like to know, which Eurasian countries would be my best bet for a field trips. Also if anyone here collects this genus or Colias, Delias definitely send me a message. Thanks to everyone willing to help me in advance

Aporia has their largest diversity in China/ India when I am not mistaken. China definitely has a lot of them. Unfortunately, travel is not so straight forward there. So far I have no experience on that.
Europe only has Aporia crataegi. They are plain looking, but have an interesting texture to them and the black veins are nice. The wings are very strong, completely different from the soft wings generally found in Pieris and Pieridae overall. They can be found in summer in a lot of places.

For Aporia at the moment definitely Qinghai or Yunnan provinces in China are still quite ok to go to and collect. Sichuan is not very tourist friendly, Tibet even worse.

China is definitely the best country for diversity of Aporia, I saw several different species when I visited Qinghai and Gansu in 2004. The one below was particularly common (not sure of the species as I don't specialise in them). Attachments:

...and old larval nests, I believe the foodplant is a kind of Berberis. Attachments:

I remember I was always on look out for A.crataegi when I was a kid back in Poland, i never found it as I suppose it wasn’t common in my area where I lived and travelling around the country was in limit due to finances during a communist era.

If you get a guide or translator it will make things easier. Western China is full of aporia and lots of other interesting things!

Currently foreigners cannot visit China, so your plans would have to be long-term.
