It's spring and very humid here in Louisiana. It just rained the night before. In the morning I pulled up to a house and got out. These bugs were everywhere. It was near a tree if that makes a difference. Got inside and they were stuck on my clothes. I think one might have bit me, felt like a mosquito sting, but it didn't leave any kind of mark. Anyone know what they are? They're as small as the letter "y" when you type it on an iphone. The picture is of the bug on my car door handle. It's brown, black and flies...long antennae.

It's a plant bug of the family Miridae, though I don't know exactly which species it is. They're plant-feeding insects and don't tend to bite people, and when they do, it's accidental. Certainly, they aren't dangerous in any way, but they can sometimes become seasonally numerous.
