I just was a bug in my room, It is really fast and it stops and freezes when it either sees me or it knows I'm looking at it. It is not that big is roach size,it's pretty hard to see help me find this bug and its dangers

Without photos or an approximate location in the World it will be rather difficult to guess what you saw.
