Leroy, as exoticimports said, nobody is out to get you. I know from your posts that you've had some problems and I've been very patient concerning a refund. In my case it's been 6 months. Others have waited even longer. It's time we got paid. At this point I no longer want to wait on the seamstresses or whatever other problems that need to be resolved. I prefer a refund, which should be easy for you to do. I hope you can get Leptraps back on track and I wish you the best going forward. But please just send our long-overdue money.

Let me spell it out fast. Leroy is not the same man since he lost his wife of over 50 years. Knowing some of the situation makes me more compassionate. Not dismissive for non-performance of trade, but knowledgeable about why a formerly solid lepidopterist and supplier has had challenges satisfying his colleagues. Leroy, nobody is out to get you, or wants you to fail; rather, the opposite. If you take obligations, make due. Please refund 58Chevy. Chuck Grief is one thing. Taking advantage of people is another. He's hiding behind his grief and weren't there unsavory reports about him well before his wife passed? |

Maybe he won't refund because he can't refund having already spent the money.

There really is very little excuse. I don’t know Leroy well and have never done business with him. I have nothing personal against him. I don’t believe I am biased when I say this, but 6 months+ is too long for a refund. Airlines have refunded my money faster. If he is short on cash, he can take out a loan. He has a house and time and resources to collect leps and take trips. It doesn’t seem like he is broke. In this day and age, a refund is as simple as an e-transfer email that takes a few minutes to complete. For those of you who used paypal or a credit card, there are often consumer protection laws you can use to claw back your money if Leroy does not cooperate. I understand the loss of his wife is devastating, but if he has time to post on this forum, he has time and the mental capacity to refund.

Just follow through on your word to repay the two members here AND promptly.
The matter here with the forum will be over and you can sort out your differences with all your other delinquent customers and business afterwards...
