Hi,
Trying to identify this very small black bug that we are getting around our windows (both on the inside of the house and window sill and inside the frames of the window itself) since it has gotten warm this weekend. We've only noticed them when the windows are open which implies they are coming from outside (hoping that in any case). They are very small (no more than a few mm), very slender and black. They look like a form of beetle to me and mainly crawl but have seen them kind of fly to a degree (very weakly). Have looked at common bugs in the house but this doesn't seem to be any of them.
When we moved into the property last year in winter there was a lot of dead ones inside the window frame, which we cleaned out and haven't seen them since till now.
