The images are available in the link attached. I find them mostly at midnight in my kitchen and cupboards. They aim around aimlessly and it's very annoying to find them near stuff. Also how to get rid of them if anyone knows. ibb.co/pKBnmTPibb.co/K6d4sQF

Thanks for the help. I did some research and I believe I have a cockroach nymph infestation. The bait you mentioned is not available in my country. What else can I do about this ? I don't even know where these are even coming from.

The nymphs are offspring of adults. They will not have entered your house themselves but one or more adult females will have laid eggs, and you are seeing the results.
You didn't mention which country you live in, perhaps someone can give better advice if you tell us that.

Hello Adam I live in India and there is a high probability that whatever high tech solution you might mention won't be available here. Also we live in a 25 year old house and I've been seeing these nymphs for 15 or so years now. It's just that I used to think these are some stupid insects but now that I know they're roaches I have to do something.

Currently to control the infestation I am using sprays containing synthetic pyrethroids.

You may be surprised what cockroach control products are available in India. I can't say for sure, but here in Thailand all the larger supermarkets have bait traps and other products to deal with cockroaches. If you live in or near a big town try exploring a supermarket or similar type of store.
If you can only obtain pyrethroid sprays you should concentrate efforts on places that cockroaches can get into, such as behind cupboards or under floorboards. Cockroaches like to walk along angles between floor and walls rather than generally going into the open floors, so if you spray the angles there is a much higher chance of them coming into contact with the poison, which should be sprayed every 10 days to 2 weeks depending on the concentration. Anwhere that gets wet would need spraying more often.
