So I'm in Tucson AZ and since about may or June I've been seeing these little black bugs flying around. It's a shiney blue black color; has a long-ish segmented body (like the abdomen is segmented); it flies; it has feathered antennae. I would say it's about the length of of penny and skinny. I have not seen it around before and no combo of words will pull it up online. Any help would be great. It's not a wasp, or at least doesn't look like any kind of wasp I've seen before. It doesn't have a wasp body. It's body is kind of rectangular.

Not exactly. That type of body, but blue black and the antennae are thinner and more feathery.
