Hellohullohallo! I'm usually pretty capable when it comes to researching and identifying strange bugs, but this one has me slightly stumped. I found them on a milkweed plant in my backyard. I'm in Holland, Michigan! Very tiny. I have them safe and sound in a lil enclosure at the moment, so I can still grab some accurate measurements if need be. I'm concerned that the little guy wasn't on the right plant. If they don't eat the milkweed I provided in said caterpillar safehouse, I'll try out other leaves and see what they decide to munch on. I'll also check later today for any siblings! village.photos/images/user/a04d8ff6-c566-40ec-a68a-1c594acde930/1e117b65-dc95-4437-91d4-10fcf0ad4042.jpgAny help or ideas would be very appreciated!

Oooh! Thank you! I was for sure wondering if it was some other sort of bug baby.
So they were probably pretty happy where they were, then. It would still be fun to raise the lil guy, but considering just how many aphids I've got in the backyard, I do indeed think I'll set 'em loose!
Thank you so much!
