Patty Jenas is a scammer who says they shipped the product but "never got a tracking number" and will email demanding 30 dollars for "shipping insurance" for it to be delivered. They don't have the items or pictures and are just here to scam people.

Please provide some information to explain your statement. While it is good to know who the scammers are, it is also necessary to explain the situation, maybe give more details about what happened to you or how you know that the accused is a scammer.
I am sure you can appreciate that anyone could write a similar post about anyone else, whether it is true or not.

As of now they say they have no shipping information but sent it weeks ago "priority" they can't get the information due to "son that is in the hospital". They email once a week to say the delivery is due today but I have to send them 30 dollars or they won't deliver it. obvious scammer. |

Thank you for the clarification, indeed "she" seems an obvious scammer based on the evidence. I hope you can get a refund from Paypal - hopefully you didn't pay by Western Union or Moneygram, those are RED flags for potential scams.

PS. It is amazing how many of these scammers over the years have used female names. Probably they think that a 'customer' is more likely to trust a lady.

"She" seems to be using the other pseudonym of "Giana Rugani". I had a run in with her a few months ago where a 30 "insurance fee" was requested and the "my son is in the hospital" excuse was used. |

Package was never received after a month and a half and 4 "package due to delivery, pay 30 dollars insurace to have it deliverd" messages. They are requesting more money to "refund" my money. This person is obviously a scammer and others and shown they have created multiple accounts to deceive us. This person needs to be banned. I have the email record if needed.
