This bright little number hails from the city
of Shillong, Meghalaya state, India.
I acquired it from an old collection most of
which was dated from the 1920's. So, at least
I know an approximate decade of its capture.
No collector or other data available.
Can anyone provide a genus or even species ?
There are just too many of these little butterflies
to even begin a search...
