Semvua can be a funny guy. He begs for postage up front and for money to buy a generator. As far as the voodoo discussion, as has been mentioned in other threads I am GOD so I do not worry about voodoo. Make up something that sounds worse than voodoo and let them know that you are an avid follower and expert in whatever ficticious power you come up with.

Zdeno, Musa Mmbaga is a swindler!!! I forwarded you one of my emails from him last night. The fact that you somehow received a parcel from him is miraculous. I had a similar situation in Peru. I told the supplier that I would pay him immediately after he shipped insects that he owed two other buyers and I provided specifics. He actually went ahead and made it right with the two other buyers so I then made payment in full. Empowering Musa Mmbaga to continue his scamming with out making him accountable allows him to continue in his evil ways. Since you are the one who received the parcel it is your call totally on how to handle the situation. Best of Luck.

Is this yet another pseudonym from the same group of individuals? It certainly sounds very dodgy, even though he claims that he will accept payment on receipt. I am not actually interested in buying anything, but wanted to add this to the current debate.

I m getting email from him/them every 5 mins...even 17 missed calls from Tanzania...man, what I have done...if I will let him down, they wont leave me alone...
So, lets finish this. The same PO.Box, same town, similar IP, same phone number of a thief Musa...I will let him down then...even I will have to put my name in risk...Mike > you will get your stuff, others > if I will hear from you. If not, you will see those Papilios on my ebay with 100% profit given to some wildlife charity...

Hi Adam, Yes, your offer is from the same bunch of dirtbags in Tanzania. These guys will do everything under the sun to get you to send something up front, usually an unreasonable amount for shipping. I did have one guy send a box of bugs prior to payment but the quality of the bugs was just awful....the box was basically worth nothing so I sent it all back.
Zdeno, I just got your email. Thank you very much. They will back off as soon as they know that they have been identified as scammers. Musa especially, as he knows what he has done. I appreciate your willingness to stand up for integrity. A message definitely needs to be sent. Feel free to use my name as I would love to hear from Musa regarding all of this. Thanks again.

Tell him that you have contacted Tanzanian officials to find out the correct way to send the specimens back to him. Tell him that the officials mentioned to you that they were going to Moshi this week to inquire as to his shipping out specimens without notifying them. Ask for his home address so that you can send the officials to him directly. Tell him the officials seemed very pleased that you contacted them in regards to this.
