I have had an outstanding balance on a group of birdwings Marc had said he imported many months ago but has been held up by USFW, now I am wondering if this is "false" and should I contact the authorities? I have not encountered any bad transactions with Marc in the past....but I am not sure now, since the time for this transaction as been so long. Any advice is appreciated.
