Back in early January I ordered a Flat Bottom Duralife bait trap by phone from Leroy. On Jan.8, $165.80 was charged to my credit card. A month went by but no trap was delivered. I called Leroy to remind him about my order and he said he'd be sure to get it in the mail the next day. Another month passed, but no trap. Over the next 2 months I called and emailed Leroy several times. Each time he told me he'd get it in the mail the next day, but nothing ever arrived. I finally told him I wanted my money back. It has now been 4 months since I placed the order and I have not received the trap or the refund. I don't know what the problem is. It shouldn't take 4 months to fill a simple order. I think Leroy is an honest man, but I suspect he's getting absent-minded in his old age. I'm 72 years old and I can relate to that. Leroy, if you read this, please refund my money. I hope it won't take another 4 months for it to arrive.

I have the screen cylinders sewn in Kentucky and I finally received a Shipment Saturday.
If you would prefer a refund, I will do so.

Perhaps, when the issue at hand between the two parties has been resolved then maybe (one or both of them) would mention it here.
That way there are no misconceptions.

Why am I not surprised?? Koehn still hasn't resolved the black light fiasco (a thief in our midst forum thread thankfully shut down last year) that HE STARTED WITH ME last year (March '20 - July '21 - almost a year & a half ago). Same situation with me... delays/jerks you around for months, never pays/refunds your money, then cuts off all contact. I warned everyone about this character last year.... BEWARE...
If Leptraps responds to this comment & tries to start up another fight with me again...Please moderators... SHUT HIM DOWN AT ONCE. Everything was detailed by myself in laborious detail last year & I'm not going over it again. Have had no further contact with Koehn from last August 2020.
Koehn should be banned from this site until & only after he refunds money owed to past disgruntled customers!

Leroy, I give you the month of July to solve these issues with 2 Insectnet members.
This mess should have been solved months ago !!!
Otherwise you will be considered as a scammer and won’t be able to post on the forum (especially as you used the name of your company to post).
We would regret that.

I am not sure I understand this at all. First- 58 Chevy gave LT a great benefit of a doubt doing biz after what we saw last year,
Then, we read LT posts about other things like he doesn't have a giant red flag stuck on his back, or a care in the world.
At any rate, the issue, what ever it is seems to be nearing an inevitable conclusion, and I'll take an educated guess and
say LT takes a powder.
