yes the Zernythia rumina have been flying already mid january and havent been anymore very fresh.I took the Pictures of them in the old Botanical Garden of Malaga. All butterflies I have seen have been flying in low numbers, probably the pupaes have been on places where the sun was shining almost all day Long and thats why they emerged so early. Michel Tarrier has seen some other species flying this january in Andalusia like Papilio machaon and fresh Charaxes jasius on the coast near Nerja Robert

just back from one week in Andalusia. Found even a small colony of Danaus plexippus.Some Lycaenidae have been also flying, but could not realy identify them with my bad eyes.Some have been Lampides boeticus.Few Satyrides have been also on the wings (2 Lassiomata species and Pararge aegeria) Robert

I bought from him (non Cites) Graphium species 2 years ago and he does not send them or reply anymore to any emails in the past 2 years, this guy is a thief.I was warned from a friend that he would do this one day..... Robert

the black ones on Ebay are bred, I had them some years ago from the same breeder who breeds the most beautifull and largest P.a.wiskotti Robert

I have also Problem with Parnassius hunnygtoni from same seller, all ssp look the same ..... I collected them in the past myself and cant imagine why they should look after some years the same in every Population. Robert
