I've avoided diving into the can of worms that is this thread. However, having read all the posts I can safely say that Eurytides's well-reasoned arguments speak for me and I think most reasonable people.

Actions speak louder than words. Trump can be abrasive to say the least but he is willing to stand up for this country. I don't agree with everything he does but what I do agree with is we need to fix this country. Why are we having all the mass shootings? Some say take away the guns and that will solve the problem. It won't. Guns don't kill people. People kill people. I agree with fixing this country, but Trump and his cronies are not really going to be answer to this. A lot of the issues that are going on are beyond Trump. Plus, the whole gun control=taking all our guns bickering will never cease. To be honest, I have given up on this country with the rhetoric that is being pushed. Last week, I had some trump supporter lady call me a spic at a dinner. Being the gruff army veteran, I told her to go f$%k herself. She didn't like that one bit, which I don't care about as if you make a bad decision, there will be consequences, and that was the consequence she got. I have a 9 mm Glock at the moment, and am on the market for a rifle, but I am more concerned that it this keeps up, one of these days, I will have to defend my family against morons such as that lady. Now, that doesn't mean I think ALL trump supporters are racist idiots, but unfortunately, that camp has a lot of that going on. If I wanted someone to "Get it done", I would rather vote for Emperor Palpatine, as he got rid of the Jedi, and made an Empire from the Republic.  |

This topic is pointless. Your believes and morals are based on church which by the way forbids all kind of birth controls. Those theories/rules/morals were created by people who never have families to worry about and they had/have absolutely no experience and no clues about reality of live. There was an interest in those hundreds of years ago, more people, more founds for church hierarchy, better and easer live for priests, bishops and all others who were closed to big table. It is continued to this day. The only deference between now and then we have almost 8 billion of humans instead of less than one. We have eliminated natural selection in many cases by using of advance medicine. We thrown our species out of balance polluting the earth. The abortion was, is and will be either way if is legal or illegal. The only problem if it is illigal it’s performed under the table often with the risk of serious complications to the patient. I’m personally believe it should be the last resource used to terminate pregnancy in case other methods feiled and one runs out of other options. I wish you and every young man and women that you would never have to reach out to this last resource but for many of you live will be not so ideal in pink colours as you dream of and no one should be judged or be called murderer because we all do make mistakes. And yet you are not defending your position. I made it clear how abortion is murder and you have no response but to say that it will happen anyway. So you are saying it is a bad thing? or no? Why not legalizes suicide and any type of killing? This topic is not pointless! If overpopulation is all you care about then why aren't you rejoicing at every mass shooting? I am not sure what your last sentence means but of course we all make mistakes and this is not about blaming those who have abortions, it's about saving the lives of innocent human beings. i am not making this into a moral issue, it is scientific. If you believe that all humans have a right to live, then you should realize that abortion takes away that right. Tim To an extent, it is very pointless! Reason why, because if you take the dogmatic religious aspect about how life is precious, and then try to push it to the masses to stop people from doing abortions, and try to force the governments to shoot laws down because it doesn't coincide with their views. On the other hand, Abortion should be allowed, and it's the womans right, and yada, yada, yada. The simple solution to this would be to just let people do what they will, and not butt in. I don't think abortion is good, but who the hell am I to judge someone who does it? That should weigh on whoever is doing it conscience. Aside from that, We shouldn't be bickering over this issue. Same with guns. If someone wants to own guns, let them have at it. I have one, and I am sure many of the Americans on here do to. With that said, I don't believe that "Obama is coming after all our guns", nor the liberals, nor anyone for that matter. Do I believe that there should be strict measures to keep them away from someone with mental illness or issues? Yes. There should be checks and balances as to who should be able to own a piece of equipment that can be used to murder someone. If one is following the rules, then leave them be. We have the right to defend our properties, and our families. |

I respect others opinions and beleifs.I have not criticized others opinions and beliefs with the exception of Big Foot. So, I will no longer participate in this topic. Each of us must chose our beliefs and I will respect them. I will also not respond to PM's or emails. I have a family that I love, a passion to pursue, Lepidoptera, and a retirement to enjoy. I will just leave be. You are entitled to your opinions. Doesn't mean that because you like trump or agree with his none sense that I will think less of you or treat you like garbage. I respect your knowledge first and foremost. You have contributed to my knowledge regarding moths, and I have a lot to learn yet. I do look forward to your posts regarding winter moth hunting. |

In Bill's case, he really was "into" the intern.
It was only released last year what the FBI found in Monica's blue dress pocket. It was money. Believe it on not, just a wad of bills.
