Checked tracking this mourning... latest update as of yesterday 13 July 2020: "10:58 AM, Item was unclaimed by recipient (L.K.). Item being returned to sender (myself, J.K.), 60688, USA.
There you have it! I waited 4.5 months, received 2 defective collecting units, had to pay return shipping costs myself (Leroy refused to pay me for their return) & now my return package was unclaimed by L.K. & is now being returned to me. I have never had this kind of runaround with any seller....EVER!
PLEASE... Leroy C. Koehn of Leptraps LLC of Aurora, OHIO... refund all the money YOU OWE ME... "$314.95 USD by Paypal.
I just cannot understand (as many other members also)… that the longer you, Mr. Koehn, delay my refund, the worst it reflects on your business & especially on your questionable business practises. I will not allow this thread to be deleted until I get my full refund. I think many potential customers, following this absurd situation, will have lingering doubts/2nd thoughts about you & your business...

I have received nothing from you via the Postal Service. Send a copy of the Canadian Postal Receipt and the tracking number. Once the package was received and processed into the USPS system, the package receives a USPS tracking number.
Post a copy of the Canadian Postal Receipt with their routing/tracking number.
If you did in fact ship a box, there will be a USPS tracking number. I need the Canadian tracking number to give to USPS and they will find the package.

I just emailed you twice at your AOL email acct. with photos of both of my Canada Post invoices. Yet Again the tracking number is EM045675745CA. Go to www.canadapost.ca to track number... see results for 13 July 2020. |

Leroy I just sent you TWO additional photos of the actual return package to your AOL email. I changed the "Return for Replacement" on exterior of package to "Return for Refund" just before mailing it on 29 June.2020. I want a full cash refund ONLY. Don't know what else to do...

I can confirm the tracking number works when entered to Canada post tracking system. Just copy the tracking number provided in John’s post and paste in the Canada post website link also provided in John’s post. |

Might have been faster if the mediation offer from Chuck had been accepted. Hate to bump or muck up this thread, but to clarify: I offered to front shipping money, not handle a shipment. I want no part in customs, inspection, test, etc nor responsibility for delivery. Hopefully this will eventually get straightened out. I recently suffered through a very similar incident, what a waste of time! NOTE: The intended recipient should be able to visit the post office and get the package re-directed for delivery if caught before it crosses the border again. Chuck |
