Very well put Trehopr! You & I & many other "silent majority" members (who are afraid to get involved...) feel this way! I wanted the moderators to banish this "rogue"from this site a while ago. He is giving all of us a bad name... even this website.
Funny/odd how this questionable businessman said he was leaving Insectnet.com as of 06 July?.Really?He wad still here yesterday. His tearful reason for leaving... all of the friends he thought he had on this site never supported him in his false THIEF allegations!
I was also accused, by this "rogue", of wanting to be in the "spotlight"... I have just over 300 (all insect related) posts... he has almost 2,000. He might be the most prolific poster ever on this site! A good percentage, as you said Trehopr1, are complete garbage that should be posted on a lonely hearts/sex site. I think these forums are, sadly, his only social outlet.

This thread that begun speaking about a bad trade where in my opinion Leptraps didn't act good with Boghaunter is ending with a kind of man's hunting trying to get Profit of the situation,if you don't like someone's threads and words you can do not read them,I think we have here administators that can erase inapropiate things

If the administrators did indeed remove inappropriate words, slogans, and Riff Raff comments from all of Leptraps sorted posts he might be lucky to have 300 legitimate posts on insect related topics.
You're right Miguel, we don't have to read his inconsiderate slandering rhetoric.
Unfortunately, when one goes on an insect forum and notices that someone has posted a reply or a thread you expect it will be about the topic at hand; and not go off on some absurd tangent which the author finds personally amusing...

boghaunter1 - just wondering why you chose to purchase equipment from Leptraps in the first place if you are so offended by his posts?
I've no interest in taking sides here, but a trade dispute seems to have escalated into a witch hunt.

The simple facts of this whole sorry mess are this, Leroy lit a bomb, it blew spectacularly up in his face, he has since thrashed about trying to come out of it with some dignity but has only succeeded in digging an even deeper hole. To conclude, man orders goods, goods are defective, man returns defective goods seller gives refund or in practice this is how it should end.

Believe it, or not, I am a former customer. I ordered similar equipment from Leptraps about 4 years ago.. was also a silly mistake/mix up, but he quickly, without any fuss (unlike now!), remedied the situation. His lights were/still are every expensive, but were good...at least at that time. Quality, & epecially customer service, unfortunately, has gone rapidly downhill since then. I will never buy from him again because he recently stole over $300.00 USD (+$400.00 CAD) from me & refuses a refund. All he has to do is refund my money... very simple solution & this bull#### thread disappears...

Once you received the "Return to Sender" box back, Return the defective units and refund your money for the Original Collecting Light Unit you originally purchased and reimburse you all the cost of shipping. Mr. Kozial has written 15 or more pages and all I have ever ask was for the return of the defective units. The original defective Collecting Light Unit plus the two defective replacement Collecting Light Units. And again, I will reimburse all shipping costs. What more can I do?  ? And I will bet the response to this post will get several pages. I have never said I would not pay shipping cost or that I will not refund the cost of the original Collecting Light Unit should he not want it. Again, return the original defective Collecting Light Unit plus the two replacement Collecting Light Units and I will reimburse the the cost of the original Collecting Light Unit plus all the shipping cost. |

Returning your 2 junk lights (Yet again at my expense?? are a dead issue) by your own words posted earlier: "Just keep it all. I do not want it back, I will no longer respond to your emails & posts. And if you send anything back, I will return it & the USPS will ship it back to you"
At this point, almost 5 months after it started, you have made ZERO EFFORTS to solve this "travesty" All you do is TALK... & NO ACTION (refund). Following are the 2 possibilities to solve this problem:
1.) My solution (the easiest, fastest way)... pay me ASAP, via Paypal, the $314.95 USD. This amount already includes the $77.00 USD ($105.63 CAD) I pd. upfront to return the 2 defective units (you refused to pay me any return shipping costs). So easy & this bad deal is done.
2.) Your solution.. if you really want units returned (slowest, impractical & most expensive to you). You just said you will repay me all costs for original item & shipment, PLUS ALL NEW SHIPPING COSTS. Okay then... let's add up YOUR potential total future costs: $314.95 USD + $77.00 USD I will still need to pay USPS for return shipping when I finally (don't have it yet) get the package back = $391.95 USD. Now add on yet another $77.00 USD to resend (for the 2nd bloody time!) the package back to you... GRAND TOTAL OF = $468.95 USD (= $633.00 CAD!).
You have given every indication, by your severely conflicting posts & lies, that you cannot be trusted. I don't believe if you, by now, have not made any effort to refund my option #1 amount of $314.95 USD... then sure as hell you aren't going to refund me option #2 in the amount of $468.95 USD!!! You are continuously giving me the runaround in hopes I will just give up & go away. Sorry Buddy... you are trying to screw with a CANADIAN PITBULL who will NEVER let this slide. If it takes the same number of pages, on this thread as "War & Peace", to get through your thick skull, the reality of this absurd situation... so be it. I will not relent. Again you have made, & continue to make, a complete fool of yourself & your business before the entire worldwide insect collecting community... & all over a single little collecting light! You are just so incredibly greedy LEROY C. KOEHN!
Take a look in the mirror Leroy ... you started this public "travesty thread" with false accusations of me being a THIEF (with ZERO proof).... only you have the power to end it. I am, for the 4th time at least, asking you to PLEASE repay me with option #1 the $314.98 USD. If you still refuse then go ahead & pay me option # 2... $468.95 USD. So simple...
